Boko Haram Shoots UN Plane Down In Borno

At least two civilians including a five-year-old child were killed and an aid helicopter sent by the United Nations, damaged after Boko Haram fighters shot at it.

President Muhammadu Buhari has commended Ikenna Nweke, a Nigerian PhD student in University of Tsukuba, Japan, who returned a missing wallet with huge sums of money to the police.

Court Affirms Yahyah Bello As Kogi State Governor

Kogi State Governor, Yahyah Bello has won another legal battle as the court of appeal sitting in Abuja affirmed him as the winner of november 16,2019 gubernatorial election.

Naija News learnt that the five-man panel led by Justice Adamu Jauro, in separate unanimous verdicts nullified the four appeals brought before it challenging Bello’s victory at the poll for lacking merit.
