The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has reported four hundred and fifty-two new cases of Coronavirus pandemic in Nigeria.
The new figures were confirmed on by the health agency on Tuesday night in a series of tweets via its verified account on the microblogging site, Twitter. The new development brings the overall confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria to 21371.
As at the time this report was given, 7338 persons have been discharged from the novel virus after testing negative, while 533 people reportedly died. See below the newly reported cases from each state.

Meanwhile, recent research findings have indicated that patients who recovered from COVID-19 may suffer possible permanent damage to their lungs.
Medical experts noted that such clients may be left with lung scarring known as pulmonary fibrosis.
