Finally, WHO Backs Madagascar’s COVID-19 Cure Despite Bribery Allegations

COVID-19

The President of Madagascar, Andry Rajoelina, has revealed that the World Health Organisation (WHO) has agreed to consider the country’s COVID Organics for a clinical observation process.

In a post on Twitter, Rajoelina disclosed that he had a meeting with WHO Director-General, Tedros Ghebreyesus via a video call.

He wrote: “Successful exchange with @DrTedros who commends #Madagascar’s efforts in the fight against #Covid19 and congratulates us for the discovery of #CovidOrganics.

“WHO will sign a confidentiality clause on its formulation and will support the clinical observations process in #Africa.

“Following @WHO’s invitation to be part of Solidarity Trial for clinical trials, #Madagascar will prove the effectiveness of its third protocol that combines two injectable medicines that are different from #CovidOrganics.”

Naija News recalls that the Madagascar President had over the weekend accused WHO of offering his country $20m to poison the coronavirus (COVID-19) cure.

Rajoelina insisted that the herbal remedy made from Artemisia can cure COVID-19 patients within ten days.

The Madagascan President wondered why the international community is yet to accept the drugs as a cure for the deadly virus.

Rajoelina, while appearing on France 24 News, said the rest of the world is refusing to take herbal cure seriously and with respect was because it was produced in Africa.
