Arsenal Head Coach, Mikel Arteta, has said it is only Bukayo Saka that can choose either to play for the Super Eagles of Nigeria or England.
Saka has had a breakthrough Premier League season, scoring four goals and assisting 10 goals despite playing majorly as a left-back.
The 18-year-old who is an out-and-out winger has impressed while deputising for Kieran Tierney and Saed Kolasinac.
There has been talks about the player becoming a subject of tussle between the two countries, as he becomes more prominent for the Gunners.
According to Football London, Arteta said Arsenal will support Bukayo Saka no matter what country he chooses to represent.
He said: “International level is a different level. It is up to the England manager to discuss whether he is ready to do that and what is he going to do with his squad.
“Whatever he decides we will support the idea and the player.”
