Chelsea right-back Reece James will miss today’s English Premier League (EPL) clash with London rivals Arsenal.
The England player will miss the super Sunday clash at the Emirates Stadium due to an ankle injury.
Frank Lampard’s side lost 2-0 to Southampton in their last Premier League game.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference, Lampard also revealed that Marcos Alonso is a doubt for the game.
“Marcos Alonso got a small muscle injury,” he said as quoted by Football London.
“Hopefully he’ll be OK for Arsenal but Reece James probably won’t. He got an ankle injury and we need to look at it. It’s probably going to be a bit longer.”
The kick-off time for the match is 3 pm.
