The revelation that President Muhammadu Buhari will head for London, the United Kingdom on a private visit for two weeks has attracted reactions from Nigerians.
It will be recalled that before the London trip was made public, Naija News had earlier reported that President Buhari will on Monday, October 28, depart Nigeria for Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Buhari is set to attend the third edition of the Future Investment Initiative organised by Saudi’s Public Investment Fund.
The event which holds from Tuesday, October 29 to Thursday, October 31, will focus on three key pillars: Sustainable Future, Technology for Good and Advanced Society.
However, Buhari’s media adviser, Femi Adesina on Monday further revealed that the President will not immediately return to Nigeria after the Saudi trip.
Adesina in his statement said President Buhari will on Saturday 2nd November, 2019, proceed to the United Kingdom on a private visit.
He is expected to return to Nigeria on 17th November, 2019.
