Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has petitioned to the Prosecutor, International Criminal Court (ICC), Mrs. Fatou Bensouda, urging her to investigate the problem of out-of-school children in Nigeria.

SERAP in its petition urged Mrs Bensouda to also investigate the failure of the Nigerian authorities over the years to address it.

2. Boko Haram: Security Forces Detect Location Of Aid Workers

A special force comprising operatives of intelligence service and the military have detected the location of missing aid workers after they were attacked by members of Boko Haram.

Naija News understands that the humanitarian aid workers were attached to the Action Against Hunger (AAH).
