Oyetola Defeats Adeleke In Appeal Court Ruling
The Court of Appeal has delivered judgement in favour of Gboyega Oyetola in the matter concerning the outcome of the Osun State Governorship election.
Naija News reports that Justice Hannatu Sankey, while delivering the lead judgement on Thursday, set aside the entire proceedings of the Tribunal because of its “faulty composition”.
The judgment of the appellate court was upheld by four justices of the five-man panel.
Recall the Osun State Governorship Election Tribunal had earlier nullified the victory of Governor Gboyega Oyetola and declared Senator Ademola Adeleke winner.
