Osinbajo Says He Remains Nigeria’s Vice President
Prof Yemi Osinbajo has come out to expressly deny rumours that he has resigned as the Vice President of the country.
Addressing the issue via his verified Twitter handle on Thursday, Professor Osinbajo said he remains committed to serving the people of Nigeria under the Buhari administration.
He said:
“Misleading/FAKE news is on the rise especially in this season when Nigerians will make a choice about who will govern them for the next four years. I have not resigned! I remain committed to the service of the Nigerian people under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari.”

President Muhammadu Buhari’s New Media aide, Bashir Ahmed, also amplified Osinbajo’s position to serve the people of Nigeria.

Naija News reports Yemi Osinbajo is also the running mate of President Buhari in the 2019 presidential election scheduled for Saturday, 23rd February.
