Popular Nigerian singer, Kizz Daniel, has been reported to have paid back the money he received from the students of Babcock University in Ogun State for a scheduled performance.
He was invited by the students to headline a concert, but the superstar singer, reportedly failed to appear at the show, after he had allegedly collected N3m for a show at the institution.
“The singer made them wait for 7 hours and when he came out, he refused to move because they couldn’t provide two G Wagons to convey him and his team,” said the blogger.
“They added that they managed to eventually get a Benz for him and he showed up after the show, saying the N3m was small since he is a well-travelled artiste.”
According to LIB, the student association in the school has confirmed that Kizz Daniel has returned the money.
“We send our sincere apologies to Kizz Daniel and the students of Babcock University for any inconvenience experienced. We hereby repudiate any defamatory content against BUSA, Kizz Daniel and Fly boy INC,” the association said in a statement.
