The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported 600 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in Nigeria.
Naija News reports that the new cases were reported in a post on the disease control agency’s Twitter handle on Friday night, February 26, 2021.
The newly reported cases bring the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Nigeria to 155,076 which includes 132,544 discharged cases and 1,902 deaths.
Below is the breakdown of the latest cases according to states with Lagos State having the highest number of cases with 169 followed by Taraba State with 92 cases.
