Passengers of the Niger State Transport Mass Transit kidnapped about a week ago by bandits have been released by their abductors.
This development was confirmed in a Twitter statement on Sunday afternoon by the Niger State Governor, Abubakar Sani Bello.
According to the tweet, all abducted passengers were released.
Naija News recalls 21 passengers were abducted by bandits on their way from Kontagora to Minna last Sunday.
We are pleased to announce to the general public the release of the NSTA passengers abducted a week ago while returning to Minna along the Minna-Zungeru road.
