The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) on Friday evening, 27th November 2020, confirmed 169 new cases of coronavirus disease infection in Nigeria.
Naija News reports that the new cases of COVID-19 infection were confirmed via a statement on the official Twitter handle of the health agency.
The development brings the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Nigeria to 67,220 which includes 62,686 discharged cases and 1,171 deaths.
Below is the breakdown of the latest cases according to states with Lagos recording the highest number of new confirmed cases, followed by Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and Plateau.
