Nigerians stranded in the Saudi Arabia have cried out to the federal government to come to their rescue.
In a now-viral video, a yet to be identified Nigerian, wearing a Hijab and COVID-19 protective face mask, called on President Muhammadu Buhari, people in authorities in the country to help them out of the foreign country.
According to the lady in the video shared on social media by popular Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham, the government should help her and other women stranded in the country, noting that they have regretted going to the country and now are ready to return back home.
“Good day Nigeria, some ladies that went to work in Saudi Arabia call on President Muhammadu Buhari, governors and Abike Dabiri to save us,” she cried.
“We want to come back home, we regret our actions. We regret coming down here to work from Nigeria. Please we want to come back home. We are stranded.”
“Please, the Nigerian government should contact Nigerian Embassy in Saudi Arabia to do something for us.”

Meanwhile, Naija News reported earlier that fhe Federal Government of Nigeria has been alerted over an ongoing invasion by the deadly terrorist group, Al-Qaeda, through the North-Western region of the country.
