Over 1,000 COVID-19 Deaths Recorded In Nigeria

Over 1,000 deaths and 38,945 recoveries have been recorded in Nigeria, according to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC)

Naija News Understands that the data from the NCDC revealed that 1,002 people have lost the battle to COVID-19 in the country within last six month.

The figure reported by the NCDC in its latest update on the disease on Sunday also shows that five more people infected with COVID-19 died in the last 24 hours. It was also gathered that Nigeria recorded a total of 52,227 confirmed cases.\
