Tunde Braimoh: Lagos State Assembly Shut Down

Lagos State House of Assembly on Friday announced the suspension of all committee meetings, assignments and visit to the complex.

Naija News reports that this was made known in a statement from the Assembly signed by the Clerk, Azeez Sani.

The suspension would start from Monday, July 13 till Sunday, July 19, 2020.

The Lagos State Assembly is expected to resume on Monday, July 20.

Recall that a member of the Lagos Assembly, Tunde Braimoh had died in the night of Thursday/ Friday at the Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba.

Until his death, Hon, Braimoh was the Chairman, House Committee on information, security and strategy.

He also served in the parliament as the Chairman, House Committee on Judiciary, petitions and LASIEC and was also a one time Chairman of Kosofe local government area, now Ikosi Isheri Local Council.
