Former Kennis Music record label singer, Olalekan Fadeyi, whose stage name is Azadus, has expressed his gratitude to God for escaping the doom of Coronavirus pandemic which so far has claimed thousands of lives across the world.
According to the singer who recently got discharged from the care centre, after testing positive for the dreaded COVID19 disease in Lagos State noted that poor foods available at home is far better than the balanced diet in the hospital.
Naija News understands that Azadus was recently admitted into one of the Isolation centres in Lagos State following a test carried out on him which returned positive. The singer was, however, discharged from the Isolation centre on Thursday, June 17.
Recounting his ordeal with the novel virus, he took to his Instagram page to warn Nigerians to take seriously the dreaded virus.
Azadus shares; “Glory be to God I just got discharged of Covid-19, Half bread is better than puff-puff,”
“That garri in your house is far better than the good meals you won’t be able to eat at the hospital. My Advice, If you must go out, see everyone as that COVID-19 itself and wash your hands for 40secs at the least.”
He added, “Meanwhile, if you insist that Covid-19 is not real, Covid-19 is not in Nigeria or Africa, haaaaaaaaaa well, don’t be shy to ask me questions. Please kindly say a word of prayer for @lagosstategovt Under our super caring Governor @jidesanwoolu. God bless.”
Meanwhile, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has reported five hundred and eighty-seven confirmed new cases of Coronavirus pandemic in Nigeria.
