Greedy Politician – Presidency Replies Ali Ndume Over Coronavirus Relief Materials
Senator Ali Ndume has been described as a “discontented politician” over his recent claims that the activities of the Federal government’s relief committee on COVID-19 headed by the minister of Humanitarian affairs, Sadiya Umar Farouq was riddled with fraud.
It will be recalled Ndume while lamenting that the relief packages were not getting to ordinary Nigerians, had accused the committee of sharing the materials for their own private persons.
COVID-19: Shehu Sani Blasts Buhari For Decision To Pay Only Nigerians With Less Than N5,000 Balance
The former Senator representing Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani has condemned the criteria adopted by President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration to identify beneficiaries of the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) scheme.
It will be recalled the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Sadiya Umar Farouq had announced that Nigerians with N5,000 or less in their bank accounts and those who buy N100 call credit will benefit from the coronavirus lockdown palliatives from the government in terms of cash transfers.
Lagos Govt. Confirms 19 New Cases Of Coronavirus
The Lagos State Government has confirmed nineteen new Coronavirus cases in the state.
The development was revealed by the Commissioner for Health in the state, Prof. Akin Abayomi, through his Twitter account on Friday.
Breaking: Abuja INEC Office Engulfed By Fire
A section of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) office in Abuja was on Friday morning gutted by fire.

Coronavirus: Nigerian Govt Gives Conditions To End Lockdown
President Muhammadu Buhari-led government has revealed when lockdown would be relaxed, the Federal Government noted that this will happen if the success recorded in the fight to reduce the spread of Coronavirus.
Recall that President Buhari on Monday in a national broadcast had extended the lockdown in Lagos, Ogun and Abuja by two-weeks.
