Naija News gathered that Dr Okoroafor was dismissed as a Minister after the leadership of the church considered a report of his alleged immoral relationship with a United States, US, based woman, Mrs Maurrissal Nwosu.

The embattled and recently suspended National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Adams Oshiomhole might not survive his current ordeal as governors within the party have declared their support for the court order suspending him. The governors urged the party’s National Executive Council (NEC) to replace him immediately so as to fill the void created by his suspension.

The Governors’ Mandate Network has asked governors on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nigeria’s ruling party, to urgently find a worthy replacement for embattled National Chairman of the Party, Adams Oshiomhole. Naija News reports that the GMN in a statement said its advice was predicated on the regrettable action the former governor of Edo State had caused the ruling party.

Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State has denied reports that he was behind the plot to remove the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole. He debunked the claims through the state Commissioner for Information, Mr Kingsley Fanwo, on Saturday.
