He Is Not Nathaniel Samuel, Fani-Kayode Exposes ‘Real’ Identity Of Suspected Church Bomber

Chief Femi Fani-Kayode on Monday, disagreed with earlier submissions that the arrested suicide bomber who attempted to blow up a church in Kaduna State is a Christian named Nathaniel Samuel.

The former Aviation Minister, rather declared that the man is a Hausa Fulani Muslim by name, Mohammed Nasiru Sani.

It will be recalled that Naija News earlier reported on Sunday that a suspected suicide bomber who attempted to bomb Living Faith Church in Kaduna was arrested before he could carry out the dastardly act.

Following his arrest and handing over to the police, reactions had trailed the development, with many people on Twitter debating why a Christian will want to bomb a church and other Christians.

Many of the discussions on Twitter had begun to follow religious and ethnic tendencies.

Amidst the various claims and counter-claims, Fani-Kayode disclosed that the name of the attempted suicide bomber was Mohammed Nasiru Sani and not Nathaniel Samuel from Bauchi State as previously confirmed by the Kaduna State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Yakubu Sabo.

In a series of tweets on Monday, Fani-Kayode said anyone who believed claims that the suspect was a Christian should have his head examined.

“If anyone really believes that the individual that attempted to plant a bomb in Winners Chapel, Kaduna is a Christian and that his real name is Nathaniel Tanko they need to have their heads examined. He is actually a Hausa Fulani Muslim and his real name is Mohammed Nasiru Sani.”

Kaduna-based Pastor Azzaman, wrote:

“The Kaduna bomb planter Mohammed Sani confessed to being forced in detention to bear Nathaniel Tanko in custody. He confirmed he is a Muslim &Fulani. He also claims an influential Muslim contracted him to bomb Living Faith Church Kaduna,” the former Minister wrote.
