FG Reveals What It Has Done With $103.64m Recovered Abacha Loot
Mrs Maryam Uwais, special adviser to President Buhari on social investments has highlighted how the recovered Abacha loot is been used to take care of poor and vulnerable Nigerians.
Specifically, the presidential aide disclosed that the fund is been shared to beneficiaries of the National Cash Transfer Programme, a component of the National Social Investment Programme.
Oshiomhole Reveals Buhari’s Plans For Unemployed Youths
The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole, has said President Muhammadu Buhari is in a hurry to provide jobs for unemployed Nigerians as well as accelerate economic growth.
The APC chairman made this known when receiving a delegation from the Vietnamese Government led by His Excellency, Nguyen Hai Ninh, the Deputy Chief of Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Another Torture Center Uncovered In Zaria
The Nigerian Police Force has uncovered another torture home in Zaria, Kaduna State, on Tuesday few days after an ‘Islamic torture Centre’ in Nassarawa Quarters, Sabon Gari, Daura, the home town of President Buhari Muhammadu was closed down.
Recall that a similar centre was discovered barely two weeks ago in Kaduna with chained inmates
