The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Nigeria’s main opposition party, says the National Assembly must investigate the alleged widespread insecurity, economic depression, treasury looting, abuse of office and violations under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari since May 2015.

Minimum Wage: Labour Set To Embark On Nationwide Strike
The Joint National Public Service Negotiating Council and the eight unions in the public service across the country have started mobilising its members nationwide to embark on a strike over the non-implementation of the new national minimum wage.
In a statement signed by the Acting Chairman of the JNPSNC, Anchaver Solomon, and the Secretary, Alade Lawal, on Monday, the council said slammed the Federal Government’s persistent effort to derail the implementation of the minimum wage of N30,000.
