A popular traditional medicine practitioner (herbalist) in Anambra State, southeast Nigeria, Igwe Onyeachonam Ofomba, has predicted that Atiku Abubakar, the Presidential candidate Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Nigeria’s main opposition party, in the 2019 general elections, will win at the tribunal. Naija News recalls that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared President Muhammadu Buhari who participated in the election on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nigeria’s ruling party, winner of the February 23 Presidential election.
2. Atiku vs Buhari, Ex-VP, PDP Write Justice Bulkachuwa Over Delayed Tribunal Hearing
The legal team of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Nigeria’s main opposition party and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, have written to the President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa, expressing their concern over delayed tribunal hearing. Naija News recalls that Justice Bulkachuwa recused herself from the five-man panel of the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal after the PDP and Abubakar raised the alarm over her “connection” with the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nigeria’s ruling party.
