Buba Galadima, a spokesperson of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential campaign, says the Federal Government empowers Local Government Areas in the country with N20 million to N45 million to purchase crowd for President MuhammaduBuhari’s rallies.
Naija News reports that Galadima made this allegation on Sunday when he appeared on Politics Today, a political talk show on Channels Television.
