PRELUDE TO THE 14 IRREFUTABLE UNWRITTEN LAWS OF STRATEGIC POLITICAL CORRUPTION IN NIGERIA.

“The office of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, should be the ultimate symbol and rallying point of national unity for the over 200 ethnic nationalities that inhabit the Nigerian geopolitical and political economic space, most unfortunately, Buhari has misused that office as a statement of nepotism, leading to national disunity, creating an advantage for his rival Atiku, a man morally bankrupt of financial integrity.

INTRODUCTION:

Atiku is desperate but so is Buhari

His probable strategy is simple.

A Tinubu/Atiku last minute agreement as a
Tactical complement of Rabi’u Kwankwaso’s strong showing in Kano.
To alter the Lagos/Kano voting numbers
Added to the growing public discontentment of hardship under Buhari.
The new clarion call of replacing any non performing president after a four year non performing tenue (performance is gauged by the cost and standard of living)
What looks like a Hausa and other subjugated group uprising against the FULANI, that probably explains for the crowds Atiku attracted when campaigning in what was assumed to be Buhari’s “no go area” North.
The gang up of notable influencers like T. Y. Danjuma and Obasanjo and leaders of Geopolitical pressure groups against Buhari.
Buhari’s low popularity in South East, South South, and middle belt and Atiku’s North Western origin.
RIGGING! which both Atiku and Buhari would deploy!

These just might be Atiku’s strategy to tilt the balance in his favour.

Is this how Atiku is thinking?

BACKGROUND

Age and reputation are the two sprinters threatening to outrun Atiku’s presidential ambition, they are the two slices of bread that have threatened to squeeze his dream out of reality.

This is the account of his last-ditched fight back attempt to make his dream happen in the face of the two Siamese twins. Nigerians slide under Buhari to the status of the poorest people, has provided Atiku a last chance opportunity of taking advantage of the new found poverty status to launch himself into presidential relevance….his loot comes in handy to counter the Federal funds available to Buhari, by the evidence of the Osun and Ekiti spending spree!

Eniola Akinkuotu, reported the following in the Punch:

“Nigeria has emerged as the country with the highest number of poor people in the world, overtaking India.

‘According to a report by the Brookings Institution, data from the World Poverty Clock show that Nigeria now has over 87 million people living in poverty.

….ABUNDANTLY CLEAR!

The fact must be made abundantly clear, Atiku Abubakar is corrupt and has no moral right to be president, but Buhari by his nepotism and poverty induced hardship has made Atiku a contending substitute of threat. Buhari has put himself in the very shoes Jonathan was in towards the build up to the 2015 elections, the hunter of 2015 has become the hunted in 2019.

Atiku would likely leverage of Buhari’s low IQ, established by his infamous ratio 97% to 5% and not the conventional 97% to 3% or 95% to 5%.

SCENE 1: BUHARI’S POST 2015 CONTEMPT TREATMENT OF TINUBU.

SCENE 2: “MURPHY IJEMBA DISPLACES “CITIZEN JONES” AND KUBANJI DIRECT

“Kubanji Direct hosted by veteran journalist Jones Usen popularly known as “Citizen Jones” has been discontinued on the new music-centric successor to Radio Continental 102.3 Fm, MAX Fm. ANALYSIS:

Tinubu was used and dumped. In response, he tactfully scaled down the media Support for Buhari by repositioning his radio station, the main tool of support he made available to Buhari with the removal “Kubanji Direct”, the one programme that helped to build and sustain Buhari’s sphere of influence in Lagos.

“TVC Communications, operators of TVC Entertainment, TVC News and Adaba FM, has launched a new hit music radio station, 102.3 Max FM in Lagos. Max FM replaces Radio Continental” http://bit.ly/2BGwd9o

SCENE 3: BUHARI’S “ONNOGHEN” HOLD ON TINUBU CALLED DAPO APARA

“Alpa Beta, a consultancy owned by Bola Tinubu, former Governor of Lagos State and National leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), is at the centre of a N100 Billion fraud, tax evasion and money laundering petition written by Mr. Dapo Apara, its Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer.

According to Apara’s petition to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Alpha Beta “has become an avenue for official corruption of government officials, a conduit pipe for massive money laundering scheme, tax evasion, among other vices”. http://saharareporters.com/2018/09/07/breaking-tinubu’s-alpha-beta-accused-n100bn-‘money-laundering-tax-evasion-fraud’

ANALYSIS:

1 Buhari needs TINUBU’S sphere of influence and his strategic political mind. To achieve this, Buhari said:

“Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, my co-chairman, will be fully in charge and is going to be on 24-hour vigil.

“That is to say, the operational buck of this campaign stops at his table, and I, therefore, urge all of us in the leadership of this campaign, in the field operations on the campaign trail and in the Secretariat to consult with Asiwaju whenever guidance is needed.”http://bit.ly/2TRie7G

2 Buhari’s evidence against Tinubu in the person of Dapo Apara is the cane Buhari is using to keep Tinubu in line.

The Big Question: Will Tinubu remain in line or will he jump or even has he jumped ship covertly?

Observation: It is clear by psychology that the degrading treatment Tinubu got from Buhari, following Buhari’s 2015 victory, has had an effect on Tinubu’s morale.

SCENE 4: BUBA GALADINMA’S EXPOSE OF BUHARI ON TINUBU

“Galadima said: “Buhari was the one who was against the alliance with Tinubu and I don’t want to say anything. Let Buhari deny what I have said. I was for it and I organised it and I wrote a memo and even produced a candidate for the Vice-Presidency, this same Osinbajo.” http://bit.ly/2BCVtNA

ANALYSIS:

From the observation of Galadima, Buhari has no personal likeness for Tinubu, but is tolerating him as a useful political tool of vested interest.

PROBING QUESTION: How would Buhari interpret his being stoned in Abeokuta?

SCENE 5: TINUBU’S LAST MINUTE PEDIGREE AGAINST RIBADU FOR JONATHAN.

“Speaking at Onikan Stadium during an Ndigbo APC governorship rally on Saturday, Tinubu, a former governor of Lagos State, said “In 2011, I helped Jonathan become President because he made us believe he was a breath of fresh air.”

“I didn’t say because he was from Bayelsa that I would not help him. We voted for him because he promised to make our lives better. But now, he has failed us.” http://bit.ly/2TRieEI

SCENE 5: PROBABLE PROBING QUESTIONS

… IN BUHARI’S MIND

1 If Tinubu could dump Ribadu his party’s presidential candidate for Jonathan, would Tinubu do the same to him?

To avoid that:

Political offensive tactic: Buhari made Bola Ahmed Tinubu, his co-chairman as a political “offensive” tactic to keep him in.
Political defensive tactic: Dapo Apara is the cane for keeping Tinubu’s loyal.

… IN TINUBU’S MIND

What is the guarantee that Buhari would not use and dump him as he did in 2015?

What is the guarantee that Buhari wouldn’t jail him having no more electoral use of him with the evidence of Dapo Apara?

SCENE 6: THE PROGRESSIVES AND THE CONTRARY SCRIPT OF NORTHERN DOMINATION.

The progressives of the South West are the traditional custodians of restructuring Nigeria a project Buhari is opposed to.

The North knows the only way to continue their dominion is to:

Refuse restructuring
Prevent states from economic power so they will not aggregate resources to confront them.
The ultimate strategy of FEUDAL dominion is to ensure that those that are held in subjugation are denied access to recources, because those recources amount to potentials of freedom.
To cripple Tinubu politically by using Alpa Beta against him.
When the Financial basis of Tinubu’s political empire is compromised it would be easy for the North to continue to dominate unchallenged!

STRATEGIC OBSERVATION: Apart from Osun, Buhari has systematically been raising governors in the South West who are not in loyalty submission to Tinubu.

CRITICAL OBSERVATION: 2019 is about the political future of TINUBU

TWO OPTIONS FOR TINUBU

(1) COOPERATION WITH ATIKU: A TINUBU ATIKU DEAL FOR LAGOS?

The most probable terms:

TINUBU would require Atiku to get Jimi Agbaje to step down
An Agbaje step down would mean an unchallenged Sanwo-Olu victory
A Babajide Sanwo-Olu victory would mean the security of Alpa Beta as the soul of Tinubu’s political empire.
If TINUBU is prosecuted by Buhari over Alpa Beta (a likely strategic option) to check Tinubu, his entire political empire would be compromised.
Agbaje’s settlement. Tinubu may tell Atiku, to offer Agbaje a ministerial office with a refund of all he spent, Senator Iyiola Omisore’s style.
When Agbaje steps down, Tinubu will use his influence to move the votes to Atiku
The result: Atiku wins Lagos, Agbaje gets a ministerial slot, Tinubu keeps Lagos firmly under his grips.

A TINUBU ATIKU DEAL FOR OSUN?

Like Lagos, Tinubu may ask Atiku to get Adeleke to withdraw his case in court in exchange for Osun votes for Atiku, Adeleke given a ministerial position.

(2) COOPERATION WITH BUHARI WITH FOR THE 2023 YORUBA PRESIDENCY

Why the “assumed” Atiku option may not work.

SHEHU Sani’s position.

“If Buhari wins the 2019 election, the power would certainly go back to the South West. What has been put in place by northern leaders and the government? What preparation has been made for what will happen after 2023?

There is no doubt that if power move to the southwest part of Nigeria, the first and the major agenda for Nigeria will be restructure” http://bit.ly/2Dtm0ND.

The South West wants 2023 and so does the South East.
PDP is the South East’s launching pad.
APC is the South West’s launching pad for which they have invested time in support of Buhari with the hope of a 2023 progressive presidency!

THE MOST IMPORTANT STRATEGIC QUESTION:

Would the North allow a South Western progressive presidency that will challenge the present Unitary Federalism by which they control Nigeria, based on Alhaji Maitama Sule’s postulation to the effect that:

“Northerners therefore insist that the governance of Nigeria should be the exclusive preserve of Hausas or Hausa/Fulani or Northerners”

These views of Alhaji Maitama Sule, are contained on the 143rd page of Major-General M. C. Alli’s 2001, Malthouse Press Limited published book he titled: “The Federal Republic of the Nigerian Army The Siege of A Nation”.

When the views of Aminu Kanu are factored in, when he said:

“Until Fulani Emirs Are Toppled, Northern Nigeria Will Never Know Peace”

“Until Fulani Emirs Are Toppled, Northern Nigeria Will Never Know Peace”-Aminu Kano

It is clear from Aminu Kano that Hausa-Fulani is a political fraud, for the FULANI defeated the Hausa and are the political majority while the Hausa are the numerical majority.

If the Fulani who defeated the Hausa want the Status quo maintained, it would they give up power to a progressive from the South West, their traditional rivals?

The answer is a clear anthropological NO!
