Atiku’s Script: An Insight To How He Might Wrestle Power From Buhari (4a) By Amaso Jack

BETWEEN A WEEKEND AND A WEAK END….THE CRITICAL SEVEN DAY CONSEQUENCE OF “THINKING SLOW DECIDING RIGHT”.

PRELUDE TO THE 14 IRREFUTABLE UNWRITTEN LAWS OF STRATEGIC POLITICAL CORRUPTION IN NIGERIA.

“Nobody would unseat me.”

Muhammadu Buhari

Joe Igbokwe, the Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State, has declared that there is no vacancy in Aso Rock in 2019, insisting that all the presidential candidates put together will not be able to unseat President Muhammadu Buhari.https://ift.tt/2GIU6B2

BUHARI

Buhari had 31 years for effective planning; 1984-2015 he did nothing!

Within his first six months of assuming power, again he did nothing, unlike Trump, who signed an executive order on the very first day!

Now he has seven extra days, would he be like Brigadier-General Mordechai Hod; Motti for short who within 6 days…June 5-10 1967 led the Israeli Air Force to secure a sound victory over the three nations of Egypt, Syria and Transjordan (now Jordan) ?

ATIKU’S “ADVANTAGE GAP” OPPORTUNITY:

An advantage gap is used to imply the chance a disadvantaged person has to turn the situation in his/her favour.

Atiku’s is said to be disasadvantaged because BUHARI controls the structures of government.

INEC’s greatest “advantage gap” or opportunity bequeathed to Atiku at the expense of Buhari’s  slow speed of thinking, which may just make all the difference are these seven days.

Saraki’s superior quality of speed thinking over Buhari was demonstrated in his securing the Senate presidency by clearly out maneuvering Buhari a trained General, in a military style operation in which a “bloody civilian” made the point of the dangerous consequences of slow thinking at a critical moment!

Buhari’s subsequent cover up for his slow thinking to the effect that he wasn’t interested in who emerged Senate president was captured this way:

“President Muhammadu Buhari remained aloof from the entire circus, and he publicly said that he would work with whoever emerged as the senate president. This was a departure from the old order where the executive influenced the emergence of the leaders of the legislature.” https://ift.tt/2NmwXoI

Excuses for incompetence based on Jonathan his low quality standard, would from that point on become his tradition.

LEVELS OF THINKING.

Dan McKinnon, the 84, year old author of eleven books, made reference to a classified Israeli air Force pilot, he simply identified as Dan, on the 178th page of his 1987 Berkley book publication, he titled “BULLSEYE IRAQ” It was his account of the Israeli June 7, 1981, destruction of the Iraqi nuclear facility; the Osirak nuclear reactor under construction at the time.

Dan the Israeli F-16 pilot, who took part in the raid, by the evidence of McKinnon, classified combat pilot applicants to the Israeli air force into four groups:

Those who think fast and decide right.

Those who think fast and decide wrong.

Those who think slow and decide right.

Those who think slow and decide wrong.

On this scale, Buhari is a third rate thinker!

Observation: Max Max Siollun, on the 29th page of his 2009 Algora published historical account he titled:

“Oil, Politics and Violence Nigeria’s Military Coup Culture (1966-1976)” observed:

“Among those officers who enlisted after the introduction of the quota lowering of educational entrance standards were B. S. Dimka and S. Abacha. The quota system continued to cause disaffection among certain southern officers for years.”

The entry qualifications to the Nigerian Army, was lowered, by Buhari’s name sake, Muhammadu Ribadu the defence minister in the 1960s (no relation of Nuhu Ribadu) to accommodate men of low intellectual capacity like Buhari, Abacha and Dimka.

Perhaps the protracted conflict with the Islamic insurgents, Boko Haram, is the result and the reflection of the speed, quality and quantity of thinking of the Commander-in-Chief!

Observation. Dan McKinnon notes, on the 20th page of the same book, an important doctrine of the Israeli air force, that is central to its air combat efficiency and effectiveness, being one of the most effective organizations in the world that is consistent.

“The training is so tough that only two in ten who enter ever graduate. Those who do graduate are scaled and graded in a way that only the very cream have a choice of what they want to fly, but unlike many other air forces in the world, their record of flying skills and attitude in training determines their future-not Politics or quotas”

Had Buhari been an Israeli, he wouldn’t have made it into their Air Force because he is a product of politics and quotas and most importantly, third rate thinking!

These are strategic reasons why Nigeria is in a state of backwardness.

Buhari by his lowered standard quota background and third rate thinking capacity can’t seen beyond nepotism, the need to restructure away from the Unitary state that we are, to the true federal state we should be, but  which we claim in error!

Nepotism blinded him from seeing the railways as the future. He stopped the Lagos metroline project started by Jakande, preferring to pay off the contractors for a work not done only to return 31 years latter to be portrayed as the father of the rail revolution.

His predecessor, Goodluck Jonathan should be recognized as the father of railway revolution in Nigeria, with the paradigm shifting Abuja-Kaduna rail line, which Buhari by his pass time of project “completion theft” seeks to claim as the father of the rail revolution… distorting history in the process.

“The construction of the Abuja-Kaduna rail line started in February 2011 and was completed in December 2014.” https://ift.tt/2GLKjun

“In October 2014, the federal executive council (FEC) approved $6.6 million for the procurement of two locomotives for the Abuja- Kaduna rail.”https://ift.tt/2NoQ1T4

BRAIN SPEED BETWEEN SUPERSONIC AND SUBSONIC:

Buhari’s words “Nobody would unseat me” could just be the catalyst that will become Atiku’s afterburner for supersonic speed thinking?

In the jet propulsion (which is jet engine technology) afterburning or re heat, is the injection of fuel to the exhaust of a jet engine on military planes, that results in very high supersonic speeds (that run into speeds that exceed mach 1).

An airplane traveling at mach 2, or at a speed two times faster than sound, is said to be supersonic. The F-7Ni (that crashed in Abuja in late September, 2018 during the independence day rehearsals, has the capability to fly at that speed, but was not at the time of the crash)

An aircraft flying at any speed slower than the speed of sound like the A-29 Super Tucano (turbo prop or propeller driven planes) Buhari ordered, is said to be subsonic. The simplest way to under the difference between both is sight and sound. In a subsonic flight (at relatively high altitude) the sound is head first, before the plane is seen, the reverse is the case in supersonic flights, in which the plane is seen as a flash of light, only for the sound to follow after with an often frightening sound that is hazardous to hearing especially common with the jet engines of the 1970s.

Buhari’s “Nobody would unseat me” is Atiku’s afterburner for “speed think” to “out think” Buhari in the short period of seven they have. Just the way the supersonic F-7Ni, would do Lagos-Abuja in a shorter more efficient time than the Super Tukano, Atiku is likely to process information faster than Buhari

The speed of Atiku’s thinking is supersonic while the speed of Buhari’s thinking is subsonic, that may be the tactical difference between both man.

THE DIFFERENCE CALLED SPEED THINKING:

Speed thinking could just be the seven day difference between Atiku’s weekend and Buhari’s weakend.

On the scale of thinking, Buhari is a slow and right thinker, Atiku is a fast and right thinker….but with a corrupt motive. Over the seven day period preceding the new date, an unusually high turnover of massive tons of information will come the way of Both Atiku and Buhari. The individual capacity of each to digest the information and converted it to action in real time is key…. therein lies Atiku’s advantage over Buhari.

Hitler (as you will see in the second part, was a fast, thinker with a background of books) and that helped him defeat France in Seven weeks!

Atiku is clearly a faster thinker than Buhari, as a business man presiding over several businesses he would have programmed his mind to processing information for decision making.. next weekend may just be Buhari’s weekend turned weak end and Atiku’s weekend turned strong beginning, for the supreme advantage Atiku has over him, is the capacity to think faster.

Question: Is Donald Cressey’s “Fraud Triangle” the basis of Atiku’s speed thinking?

“The academic Donald Cressey coined the term “The Fraud Triangle”, now the standard model for the industry. This theory says there must be pressure, opportunity and rationalisation”

https://ift.tt/2GHmeom

Atiku seems to fit into all three, but the answer is unknown!

For all the noise of Atiku’s financial status, there is a growing desire in Nigerians who want an alternative to Buhari and the hardship associated with his regime, just as they found one in Buhari against Jonathan, they want changes in standard and cost of living even if a “corrupt Atiku” (whom Buhari only calls corrupt when they are on opposite sides of the table) does it.

When aides of both men stand before them and require a split time bound decision, the difference would be the “advantage gap” Buhari’s slow thinking, makes available to Atiku. This just may swing victory in Atiku’s favour.
