The House of Representatives have insisted that Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, must answer questions over the “illegal approval and disbursement of the N5.8 billion” to the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA).

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has alleged that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is facing hardship in raising funds for the campaign of Atiku Abubakar, its presidential candidate.

Through its deputy national publicity secretary, Yekini Nabena, the party today said due to the stringent measures put in place by the current administration, the PDP is in a dilemma on how to source funds to run Atiku presidential campaign.

Kwara PDP Governorship Candidate, Atunwa Finally Admits Not Observing NYSC

The Peoples Democratic Party governorship candidate in Kwara State, Razak Atunwa, has formally admitted that he has two university degrees, but failed to present himself for national service in a blatant violation of the Nigerian Constitution, Premuim Times report.

It will be recalled that Naija News had earlier reported last month that Mr Atunwa did not participate in the national youth scheme as required by law, but instead procured a forged certificate of the National Youth Service Corps.

Atiku Is Using Saraki To Instigate Senators Against Buhari – BMO

The Buhari Media Organisation (BMO) has accused the leadership of the Senate of acting a script by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, on the Social Investment Programme (SIP) of the President Muhammadu Buhari administration.

BMO, in a statement by its Chairman, Niyi Akinsiju and Secretary, Cassidy Madueke, claimed that the probe ordered by the senate is an attempt to cast aspersion on the social welfare scheme through unwarranted accusations.
